Michael Joyce

Michael Joyce is a partner with the law firm and manager of litigation. He started at the firm in 2010 in the new suits department and worked his way to being offered a partnership within just a few years. Michael has gained extensive legal experience in the area of Creditor’s rights having litigated over 100 bench trials to completion (including credit card litigation). Three years’ experience collecting on hospital delinquencies.

Jeff Miszczyszyn

Jeff graduated from Marquette University in 2003 and from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2006. He has been a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois since 2006 and joined the firm in December of 2014.

Barrie Pressler

Barrie graduated from the University of Iowa in 1988 from John Marshall Law School in June of 1991. She has been a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois since November of 1991. Barrie joined the firm in October of 2017.

Mark Fisher

Mark attended Ball State University as an undergraduate and graduated in 2002. He worked as a teacher and a youth counselor before going back to school to get his law degree. He graduated from Valparaiso School of Law in 2009 and was licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana in the same year. Mark started with the firm in March 2020. He is married with two kids, the oldest of which is getting ready to graduate high school and is a huge football fan.
